Agreement to Terms

Services
Sub-Zero Repair Dover provides appliance repair services for residential and commercial customers in Dover, DE and surrounding areas. Our services include diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of luxury and premium appliances.
Service Appointments
Scheduling
Service appointments can be scheduled by phone at (302) 273-4287 or through our online booking system. We will confirm your appointment time and provide a service window.
Access to Property
You agree to provide our technicians with reasonable access to your property and the appliance(s) requiring service. An adult (18 years or older) must be present during the service call.
Cancellation Policy
We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee for future appointments.
Pricing and Payment
Service Fees
Our technicians will provide a diagnostic assessment and quote before beginning any repair work. You will be informed of the estimated cost and must approve the repair before work begins.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and checks. All prices are in US dollars.
Estimates
All estimates are based on our initial diagnosis. If additional issues are discovered during repair, we will inform you of any changes to the estimate before proceeding.
Warranty
Labor Warranty
All repair work is covered by a 90-day labor warranty. If the same issue recurs within this period, we will return to address it at no additional labor charge.
Parts Warranty
Replacement parts are covered by a 12-month parts warranty. Warranty coverage applies to defects in the parts we install, not to damage caused by misuse, power surges, or other external factors.
Warranty Limitations
Our warranty does not cover:
- Pre-existing conditions not related to our repair
- Damage caused by power surges, flooding, or other external factors
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from misuse or neglect
- Repairs performed by others after our service
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sub-Zero Repair Dover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
